Shipping:

Orders are shipped via Federal Express. You can choose Priority Overnight (next business day morning), Standard Overnight (next business day afternoon), FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Ground. Shipping charges will be added at cost.

Terms and Conditions:

• HEP lists are offered on a one-time rental basis. Any re-use of a rented list will be charged at the original cost of the list.

• HEP reserves the right to require samples of mailing pieces at any time prior to shipping a list.

• HEP lists are not to be reproduced or duplicated in any manner.

• HEP reserves the right to require pre-payment.

• The minimum charge per list is $100.00.

Limits of Liability:

HEP has used its best efforts to ensure accuracy of this list but does not guarantee its accuracy in all respects. HEP liability for any damages or loss sustained by the purchaser through the use of this list shall be limited to the cost of this list. In no event shall HEP be liable for any special or consequential damages.
